Fall fun

Just a few pictures to show some of the fun we've been having this fall...including pictures of the nursery that my amazing girlfriends surprised me with for the boys!!! They are the most incredible friends in the whole world and they blessed us beyond words by painting/decorating/creating a gorgeous nursery for Jackson & Beckett! We prayed over the room together and spent time praising God for the two new additions He is giving to our family!

Father-Son Getaway to the Ranch

My husband, being the super sweet, super thoughtful man that he is, decided that I should have a relaxing weekend all to myself before the babies get here and any sort of relaxing goes out the window for a while. So, he and Parker headed to PawPaw and Gigi's ranch for the weekend to do some hunting and have some fun exploring/fishing/doing everything that little boys love to do...all while mommy got a pedicure, shopped, and watched girly movies on the couch! I missed my guys but definitely appreciated a bit of relaxing alone time before ALL of my guys are here and demanding attention!

Learning to be a BIG brother!

We signed up for a sibling class at the hospital that taught Parker all about how to be a great big brother. From learning how to hold a baby to how to change a diaper to the right/wrong toys to share...they covered just about everything in the class and I'd say he's totally prepared for the whirlwind of change that's about to come his way. Not really!! He told the nurse he was having a baby sister, so clearly he's a little clueless about what's coming his way, but still, it was pretty sweet to see him so gently holding his practice baby doll!

Happy Fall!

It's hard to believe that today is already November 1! (Happy 31st to the most amazing man, husband andbest friend in the whole world!!! I love you beyond words!) Parker, or should I say, Iron Man, had a BLAST trick-or-treating last night. We feel so blessed to be in a neighborhood FULL of the friendliest, sweetest neighbors around...all of the kids had so much fun together and Tyson and I walked around feeling SO blessed to be raising our sons here. He was absolutely perfect at saying "Trick-or-Treat" and holding out his little pumpkin bucket...the first house we went to he did it exactly as we had practiced said thank you, and then "I want more please!" It was priceless! So far, Fall has brought nothing but happiness and joy to the Thomas family. We are soaking up every second of our family of three before we welcome our baby boys into the world. We are so excited to meet them, but we also realize that life will never be like this again. Parker is doing fantastic at school and continues to amaze us with his memory and how smart he is. Hope you enjoy the pictures of our super fun Fall!
