Happy Halloween!

Is it really already November?!  We have had a wonderFALL October and it's been full of family fun. Jackson and Beckett are crawling around faster with each passing day.  Beckett can stand on his own for quite some time and LOVES to walk when he holds onto our hands but so far he hasn't taken any steps on his own.  Jackson is pulling up and will take a few steps holding on to our hands but doesn't seem as eager as his brother to get walking soon.  Beckett JUST learned how to open the cupboards in our kitchen, which I discovered with the crashing plate that he dropped on the floor.  Another baby proof we need to get done! The babies spend a lot of their time in "baby jail" which is just a gated off, SAFE playroom for them so that we can put them in there and not worry about them hurting themselves or getting into things they shouldn't be in.  So, naturally, when it came to Halloween costumes, we knew they needed to be little baby jail-birds....and Tyson and I were the TPD (Thomas Police Department). Parker was incredibly insistent that he be the RED Power Ranger...he wouldn't play along with our jail theme.  He had a blast trick or treating though and woke up this morning asking when he could go trick or treating again...how do you describe how long a year is to a three year old?!  We are so blessed each and every day by these three boys and while the days are LONG (and sometimes it doesn't feel like we will make it through them!), the years are so VERY short and we are trying to soak up each new phase without missing the one that came before. They're constantly changing and growing before our very eyes...please time, slow down!
