30 Weeks!

Here I am at 30 weeks! Not much has changed since my last picture since they were really only about a week apart. I've just lately started to get a little tired in the afternoons, but I'm still feeling great. I had an appointment today and Dr. Peterson says that Baby T is looking and sounding perfect...a bit on the big size, but still perfect in my opinion! It sounds like Baby T could be pretty big by the time we meet him/her...but I'm praying that it stays just the right size to easily come out. (I say this relatively speaking!) She says that even though my tummy is small, it's just ALL baby in there! :)

29 Week Ultrasound

I saw Dr. Peterson last week and told her that I was starting to get nervous that the baby wasn't growing since we hadn't seen it in 9 weeks. She is so sweet and said she would send me for an ultrasound just so I would have peace of mind and stop worrying. I just love her!
We had quite an audience for Baby T in the ultrasound room...the 2 grandmas-to-be (yes, Tyson's sweet mom drove all the way from Fort Worth just to be there!), Aunt Kelly, cousin Trent, and of course, the beyond excited daddy-to-be, Tyson! And my oh my, has Baby T grown! It was amazing! We watched it yawn and move around and even saw that it already has hair! It's head is down, which is great and hopefully will stay that way until it's time to come out. They said it's measuring perfectly and weighs about 3 lbs (although they said to take that with a grain of salt because their formulas aren't 100% accurate). They sent us home with a disc of pictures, but unfortunately, Baby T wasn't really cooperating and we didn't really end up with any good ones. These are 2 of its face...even though they're not great, what we saw on the screen that day was beautiful!

28 Weeks - THIRD Trimester!

I can't even believe that I'm in my third trimester! The first one took forever and the second one just flew by! We fell way behind and these pictures are actually more like 29 weeks. Oops! We'll take the 30 week one on time! :) I'm still feeling great and loving this growing baby bump. Baby T's movements have changed from slight kicks to more of a rolling around feeling that sometimes tickles! The other day in church I literally sat for about 5 minutes and just watched my tummy move as it rolled around under my shirt. Tyson and I have been finishing up home improvement projects and trying to get Baby T's room ready. I thought we should go to Babies R Us to register since we have showers coming up, and I made the mistake of taking my sweet husband there on a Saturday....talk about pregnant women galore! We walked in, looked at about 3 things and decided that Tyson's opinion on bottles, pacifiers and bathtubs was so minimal that he would rather have my sister come and help me on a day when it's not so completely crowded. So, my amazing sister came down to Katy and helped me register at Babies R Us....3 hours later we walked out of there completely exhausted! Who knew that a baby came with SO much stuff?! I really don't know how I would have done it without all of Kelly's help! I'm so lucky to have such an incredible big sister (who is also a wonderful mother) to learn from!
