Geaux Cajuns!

Parker's first time to leave the state of Texas was on a road trip to go and watch his Uncle Brady play football in Lafayette, Louisiana! Not only that, but it was his very first time to go to a football game! It was such a fun trip - especially since Parker hadn't seen Uncle Brady since the summer! We ate some amazing cajun food at Pawpaw and Gigi's favorite restaurant, Prejean's, when we got there on Friday night, then tailgated before the game on Saturday, watched the Ragin' Cajuns WIN, and then tailgated some more afterwards....we had an all around awesome Cajun filled weekend!

Just looking so stinkin cute before we left...

Parker was loving his dinner at Prejean's! It wasn't near as good as the rest of ours though!

My two super cute Ragin Cajuns!

P finally got to see Uncle Brady!!

Parker and Gigi...he looks adorable in all of his red and black Cajun gear! The grandparents spoil him once again!

Daddy carried Parker around in the Babybjorn for most of the day!

All of the fans line up to cheer on the players at the "Cajun Walk" as they walk into the stadium before the game...there's Uncle Brady looking handsome in his suit!

Uncle Brady giving high fives to the fans!

Uncle Brady even stopped to give Parker some knuckles!

Parker at his very first football game!

Uncle Brady and his roommate/friend, Brett after he just kicked a field goal.

Uncle Brady looking super official with his headset on!

Uncle Brady holding the ball for the kick...

...and here he is signing in the plays!

Parker ate some yummy sweet potatoes out at the tailgate...

...there wasn't really a place for him so he ate out of the back of the car!

...he didn't seem to mind and was having a blast!

We made a little palette for him to play on!

Parker, Daddy and Uncle Brady after the win!

How cute is this?! He was cracking up at himself in the mirror!!

A month flies by...

Parker and I took a trip at the beginning of October to see his PawPaw and Gigi in Aledo and I accidentally left my camera there! I just now got my camera back so I have lots of pictures to share from our fun trip. It was my very first time to make the drive alone without Tyson, but our angel baby was, well, just that, an absolute angel, and the trip was super easy! Parker is so blessed to have such LOVING grandparents and GREAT grandparents....and I loved watching them as they snuggled him up and stole all of the hugs and kisses they could!

Parker and Nanny...she just couldn't wait to squeeze him!

I took his 5 month pictures while we were there...

Parker & Mimi...she just loved every second of getting his sugars!

Look at how intrigued Parker is with is PawPaw!

This is quite possibly one of my very FAVORITE pictures. Look at the smile on their faces!

Parker loved bath time with Gigi!!

Tyson's cousin, Taylor and his Aunt & Uncle came over to visit too!

He finally started to really reach for things...

...and grab on to them tightly!!

5 months old and holding his own bottle

We had a day of bbqing and watching football on the patio with daddy! But, since the Ags were a total letdown , we took him out of his maroon and white and put him in his Ragin Cajun red to support Uncle Brady!
