Tubes!

Yesterday was finally the day Parker's ears had been waiting for...relief from a never-ending ear infection. Although we were a little nervous about him being put under, we were far more ready for him to be pain free and back to his normal happy self. And isn't God so faithful...He gave us so much peace throughout the entire procedure that we didn't feel one bit of worry. Parker did outstanding, but the poor little guy was so hungry that by the time they put the mask on him he couldn't stop licking it because they used a strawberry scent on it! When he woke up, he was pretty confused and was crying pretty hard...he settled down when I nursed him and fell asleep on the way home. He took two great naps and woke up today in such a good mood! I think he is feeling better with each passing hour! We are just so thankful that our sweet baby will finally have ears that don't hurt him anymore! Thank you for all of your prayers!
